Zenube Productions LLC agrees to perform the video production and creative content services described in the proposal/SOW. Services are subject to the terms of the specific agreement signed by the client.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Zenube Productions LLC reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, the client owns the creative assets produced specifically for their project. Zenube Productions LLC retains the right to use these assets for portfolio purposes unless a request for non-disclosure is made.
Agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
